A) Press: 55 x 4 / 65 x 4 / 75 x 2 / 80 x 2 / 85 x 2 (PR)
Ab-Wheel-Roll-Outs: 6 reps for all sets. Didn’t have an actual wheel so I used a barbell with 5 lbs weights. Worked just fine.
B) 14:10 Rx.
Very crafty
A. Shoulder press: 95×4, 105×4, 115×4, 115×4, 115×4
Ab-wheel roll-outs: 8 reps each set
B. 13:58 (70-lb kettlebell)…arms were tingly after that one.
