Did it with Jonathan (Mexico). I used a 16kg KB and he used a 24kg KB. We both did it with a 24″ box but I would jump on the box and off on the other side. Jonathan did all of them as strict jump overs. During the first round, I tripped over the box, making it fall to its side and I fell on the side of it. Sprained my fingers and bruised my whole left side (literally from the leg all the way up to my arm) so we lost a good minute as I was trying to regain composure….
22 Rounds + 10 reps.
Didn’t have a partner to do this workout. So…
I did 5 rounds of:
5 tire flips (350#)
10 sledge strikes (12#)
100 meter run (40# sandbag)
Then…
3 rounds of:
Max muscle ups (rings)
40 meter picnic table push
7-7-7
First Pond of Green workout here in Oklahoma! We didn’t quite have all the required elements since all our stuff’s in boxes so we did this: Toby did his squats weighted with a duffle bag full of books, I did them unweighted, and then we used the duffle to jump over. I also cut some of the push up reps down to five.
16 rounds + 13 reps.

Today I did some mobility and foam rolling. Spent 20 minutes on these hamstrings, very sore from the front racked reverse lunges.
Then… ice bath 20# bag
10 in, 5 out, 10 in
