In teams of two, alternate rounds to complete five sets each for time of:
10 Pull-Ups
15 Wall Ball Shots
30 Double-Unders
A. 20# vest (Bryan); front lean rest on chairs (Bryan and Christy).

A. weighted pull-ups done with red band for three reps each set and front-leaning rest on rings accumulated 60 sec each set
B. 1:1 work rest; times ranged from 2:14-2:40 on the last set. Used 14# WB

FLR-90/60/60/60/60 Whoa!
B. 1:14,1:16,1:15,1:14,1:13 C2B 30lb WB
A. 26# kb 4,4,3,2,2; 45-55″ ea round
B. 1:1 work rest. 1:18,1:22,1:22,1:28,1:20. That was fun.
A. 53×3 3 sets, 68×3 last 2 sets
B. 11:27 total time.. Did solo with 1:00 rest between each round
A) 3 reps with 44# KB
1:10 on all FLR
B) Did solo so started each round on a 2:00 timer. 1:04-1:08 for all sets
Tri training day. 15.5 mil bike and 1.5 mil run
A. 3×45# and 90sec FLR
Those FLRs were super difficult.
B. Rx w/ strict pull ups and 1:1::work:rest
1:15/1:07/1:07/1:07/1:09. 10:21 total w/ rest
No joke about those FLRs! It was ok at first, but got hairy really quick!

A. 3×35#, then 4 sets of 3 at 45#
B. 1:1 work/rest 11:18 total. Not saying that is right. Trying to add minutes and seconds while trying to suck wind is not a strong spot for me… 😉
A. 3 pull ups @ 20# and 60 sec FLR each set
B. Did it as 5 rounds for time since no partner. 20:13 (would’ve been faster, but my double unders didn’t want to work with me)
A1. All 5 sets at 35lb x2 reps each set
