10 Ring Dips
100 Meter Run

Heavy KBS 20-40kg/15-48kg/10-48kg/15-40kg
B.3rnd + 10burpees + 100m Run + 4 Ring Dips
(very slow on ring dips)
A1) 135 x 5 / 155 x 5 / 175 x 4 / 180 x 3
A2) 10 each set, 80 lb KB
B) 4 ends at the buzzer (rings)
