135/95 lb Push Press x 15 reps
Toes to Bar x 15 reps

At 20:00 minutes on the running clock, perform the following:

    A) Worked up to 95# (chest was feeling bothersome so didn’t go any heavier)

    Worked to 255# About 40# under my max. Everything felt super heavy today, felt slow and just ‘off’. Didn’t push it any further.

    C. 4:55. Things fell apart here. Broke both movements far more than I should have.

    D. 4:40 tried to pour all I had into it. Which is what probably led to an incredibly long recovery time. Awful!

    Hoping I’m not coming down with what everybody’s got, cause today was a struggle.

    Did not feel that fast today, glad I got 90kg

    Scaled down a lot but should have scaled down the no. reps also as it became more or less 27 mins of continuous work. Humbling.

  24. A- Hit 310# last week for a PR this week hit that again. Hit 315# felt good so went for it with 325#. Stopped there. Felt sharp and was a 15# PR.

    135, 155, 185, 205, 225, 245, 265(f- almost had it locked out but I started doing the side shuffle and had to dump it before I tripped over the weight stack.

    C. Three rounds for time of:
    -Power Snatch x 10 reps (135/95)
    -Box Jump x 20 reps (30/24)
    8:42 RX (Did 10 unbroken power snatch at 135# for the first time. Second and third sets were 5+5.
    *at 10 mins on running clock, do:

    -STO x 15 reps (135/95)
    -T2B x 15 reps
    8:18 RX (First two sets were 10+5 for both movements, last set was 8+4+3.
