For my first time doing Jackie, I subbed the pull ups with ring rows. 10:53. My split was 4:01 for the rowing, 4:30 for the thrusters, 2:23 for the ring rows. I split the thrusters in sets of 10 as they got me winded really fast, any tips on how to improve for the future?.

A) Up to 200 @ 32×0 tempo. I worked until failure on this, which did NOT help me with Jackie.
B) 8:46. This was :58 off my best score for this workout. A lot of things went wrong, and much of it was mental. Feeling the burden of disappimtment tonight, but I suppose you can’t appreciate a good day without experiencing a bad one.

A) Up to 195# @ 32×0 tempo.
B) 8:46. Almost a minute off PR. I lost control of my breathing (rare for me), and just couldn’t recover. Upper body really sore from yesterday too, which killed my pull-up game tonight. Disappointing, but live to wod another day.

So cool that you have kept all those years of records! It looks like you were really keeping track of your nutrition then. “Mini corn looking things” haha! What’s the biggest difference with your lifestyle now?
