Hello folks and happy 2017!! Hope you all have fab times. My hubby and I renovated our kitchen in time (just) to host our 1st family xmas which put training on the back burner sadly. I therefore thought today would be good to do a fitness session. A. Loved the tempo squats. Only did them at 45kg as really hurt my back 3 weeks ago. Had to do pull ups in 2’s.
