Hollow Hold/Rock x 30-45 seconds
Rest 45 seconds

B.
In teams of two, alternate sets to complete 3 each of:
5 Man-Makers
300 Meter Run

Romanian DL done with 115
Pushups done with knee on ground, need to work on this
KB with 30lbs
Hollow rocks done unbroken

B. I changed it to 3 sets without rest of
Run 400m
5 tire flips
16:00
Odette has been wanting to do tire flips for a while so did it today
