4 Power Snatches (135/95 lbs.)
6 Power Cleans
9 Deadlifts

  3. I did not do this one due to road travel this weekend.

    Do have a question regarding scaling. From a programming perspective, is it preferable to do the same weight for all three movements, or drop the weight say for the snatch, and use an Rx bar for the clean and dead lift parts? Should one increase the weight for those two to make up for lowering the weight on the snatch?

    • Thats what I was doing, but Shane said it was more about cycling the movements and not stopping, so stick to a light enough weight that you can do the whole cycle at, so I did it at 95lbs.

  5. Was able to get more newbies in the gym Jan 27, so i got them all to complete the fitness WOD.
