    Do you have a recommendation regarding dextrin vs food and glutamine post workout? Considering dextrin, and I’ve used it before but I’m a huge fan of food for the other benefits it has to your body. Just curious and considering this.

      Personally I would go dextrin then a meal around an hour later. It should replenish your glycogen stores faster
