Workout of the Day:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
20 Single-Leg Deadlifts (10 each leg)
20 Single-Arm Kettlebell Swings (10 each arm)
20 Single-Arm Kettlebell Thrusters (10 each arm)
100 Meter Suitcase Carry
(Use the heaviest kettlebell you can handle.)
CrossFit Invictus On Ramp Schedule

New On-Ramp Schedule Starts Monday

The 6:30 p.m. On-Ramp crew has been amazing! So amazing, in fact, that we have decided to add On-Ramp sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. As a reminder, our On-Ramp sessions are open to anyone, beginner or veteran, who wants intensive instruction on the foundational movements of the CrossFit Invictus program. Schedules for our On-Ramp sessions, which include descriptions of which movements we will be covering each day, are available at the front desk. Our On-Ramp schedule will now be as follows:

  • Monday @ 6:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday @6:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday @6:30 p.m.
  • Thursday @6:30 p.m.
  • Saturday @8:30 a.m.
  • Saturday @10:00 a.m.

I hope to see many new faces, and a few familiar ones, next week at these sessions.

    Just wanted to drop a not to thank you for allowing me to join your Saturday morning class a few weeks ago. I got to work out with the On-Ramp crew! What a group of great people. Everyone gave it their all on that hot, humid Saturday morning.

    Check out the One World site today, http://www.crossfitoneworld.com. The picture we took is posted. I do miss San Diego. I lived in the area for 3 years and just moved back to NoCal in November. But it’s great to know that when I am in town visiting, I can get my workout on at Invictus!

  9. Threw in 2k for the rowing challege today while warming up for noon WOD–thanks Courtney for the encouragement

    3.5 rds for WOD, mainly because of 2-pood KB for 1 legged DLs and suitcase carry…they wore me out.

    Heading to London and Paris for 10-day business trip starting Sunday. Already contacted crossfitcentralondon.co.uk and figured out some times to train.

    Headed out to the rower in the garage now.

    Good news from the Macs: I sold my house yesterday….after two weeks of haggling, and the last 48 hours of major negotiating…it’s a done deal. I am super excited to head towards Virginia Beach.

    I am going to miss Crossfit Invictus a ton.
