Deadlift
3-2-1-1-1
(Your lift shall be considered a failure if you fail to maintain proper posture throughout the movement. We are looking for technical perfection for one rep.)
and then,
Five Rounds for Time of:
5 x (1 Deadlift & 1 Power Clean)
25 x Double-Unders
(Weight – Use 50% of today’s 1-RM Deadlift.)
CrossFit Invictus Schedule Reminder
CrossFit Invictus is OPEN regular hours this Fourth of July weekend.
Next week, however, we will be closing the gym on Thursday, July 9, at 1:00 p.m. to head to the CrossFit Games. All of our coaches, and a large contingent of our supportive community (nearly 40 in total), will be heading up to Aromas, California to support Michele and POS and the CrossFit Invictus Affiliate Team as they do their best to bring some trophies back to San Diego. The gym will re-open on Tuesday, July 14, 2009.
