20 Box Jumps (24″/18″)
30 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
and then immediately complete a 600 Meter Run

    used 135#, 24″ and 24kg – 135# was a big bite for me.

    16:40 – 135# was a battle in the last round, but got through it.
