**Reminder – All interested in participating in Invictus’ Friday Night Lights for the Open are encouraged to join us tonight at 6:30 p.m. We will help everyone officially register for the Open and enjoy a short, 5-minute workout.**

Workout of the Day
Four sets for times of:
Row 500 Meters
15 Burpees
20 Wall Ball Shots (20/12 lbs.)
Rest 5 minutes

  1. Sweeney’s out for a short while. I have some inflammation in my knee that I need to address.

    Currently doing low impact aerobic stuff to keep the furnace burning.
