    Clean&jerk ME
    70kg
    Tried 80kg but failed most of technical failure on the jerk.
    Jerks at 70kg I tried to get so perfect form I could, some lifts wasnt hard at all.
    But with max lifts I tends to fall back in the jerk, like I push the bar away from the body instead of straight UP!?

  3. A. 185 lbs. I was able to get the clean at 195, but the jerk fell apart. I may have been able to get it with another try, but I ran out of time. I don’t think I’ve ever tried a 1RM on power cleans or C&Js before so I was happy with the 195/185.

    B. My thighs were screaming so bad at the end that I didn’t even look at the time. I want to say it was somewhere in the 10 minute range, but I’m completely guessing.

    at the jerk.Long time ago this one.

  5. 18 hr workday… hoping for mañana instead.

  6. Warmed up with 55lb clean and jerk Finished with 115 lb clean and jerk. Cleaned 120lbs but got it about half way for the jerk and dropped it. Tried again and same thing. Need to slow down and position better. I know I can do it.

    For Part B it took me 10:30 Rowing felt good, used 16kg kettlebell. Air squats need work. Enjoyed this workout very much.

  8. C&J @ 145 and metcon @ 10:10 but only did about 50 of the squats and used the squat rack support bar for assists on most of those.

    Worked up to a new PR of 185 pounds! I’ve never done max effort clean and jerks so I was happy with that (Power clean to split jerk to be exact; I feel more comfortable in the split when going heavy).

    Rx’d with 50# kettlebell @ 10:06. My quads were on FIRE on that last row! Dang. Fun workout!

    I’m going to see the chiropractor about my neck tomorrow, so hopefully all goes well. I can move it fine and I actually felt pretty good today. I guess I’ll find out what’s up with it tomorrow.

    Clean and jerk 145lbs :) new Pr!!! The jerk felt easy, squat clean did not, why are my shoulders stronger than my legs!!! Lol!!

    Rowing was hard after kb swings and squats.

    We got our Invictus sweaters and T- shirts today!! Love them, will post video of clean and jerk tomorrow :)

  13. Part a: 265 and felt good so I went for 280 and missed and pulled my neck a bit. It would have been a 5lbs PR and warranted since it was my bday today. Oh well.

    Part b: 8:20 and used 32kg kb. Legs were pretty smoked and I had to break kbs twice.
