  1. Gave up my rings to Russ, since I can’t do ring dips that well and switched from performance to fitness. Did 45 or so on the first round, and pretty much stopped counting after that, but estimate 5 fewer each round. Twinged my shoulder early on and decided to back off and keep the potential for real injury low.
