Workout of the Day
A.
Four sets of:
Kettlebell Swings x 20 reps
Rest 45 seconds
Goblet Squat x 8-10 reps @ 30X1
Rest 45 seconds
Turkish Get-Up x 2 reps each arm

B.
In teams of two, partners alternate rounds to complete five rounds each of:
20-Yard Suicide Sprint
Dumbbell Ground to Overhead x 5 reps

  1. Hey, I was wondering if the Fitness program changes after a while. Because I’ve noticed LOTS of kb swings and also LOTS of goblet squats. Plus the format of resting 45 secs with 3 movements. Is that just for a phase or is this sort of the permanent program?

    Then 7rounds with 3 partners.
