Had a fun time with this one. Love the open.
15.1: 154 reps Rx
15.1a: 217#, Cleaned 227# but ran out of time just before the jerk.
15.1: 105 rx
15.1a: 165 missed 175×2
Nice work, Damion!
Awesome time today back home at Crossfit NOLA 504. 6 full heats for the Open and a great crowd!
15.1: 123 Rx
15.1a: 195#
great!!
15.1 Scaled: 125
15.1a: 175
Great Clean and Jerk for me. Have not done this full movement in a while and suprised myself on the weight. Hindsight I should have scaled the snatches and challenged myself more with the Toes to Bar. Even so it was still challenging.
Great job, Chris!
Did backsquats from a few days ago, all percentages as prescribed. They have felt better, they have felt worse
15.1 Rxd 95 reps I was not at all very switched on today, so I just kinda “walked” through it. So much stress at work and not enough sleep at home. Someday my kids will let me sleep……
15.1A 143# Not a pr, but I def got more than I thought I would! It always seems better to just throw weight on the bar and not pay attention to the weight and just lift it! 🙂
Sleep is the nectar of life! How old are your kids?
They are 7, 8, and 9. So old enough! But my oldest and youngest still like to wake me in the middle of the night to come curl up with me, which turns into a not so good sleep for me. I’m not gonna fight it though because I will be sad when they stop. 🙂
15.1: 156 Rx
15.1A: 215 C&J
Argh. Too slow on transitions and left all those DL on the table with plenty of gas in the tank… Probably won’t redo, but man I’m tempted.
You have until Monday to decide. 🙂
Can’t do 15.1 in any form because of my back…Decided to check in on Cindy.
CINDY:
20 min AMRAP:
*5 Pull-ups,
*10 Push-ups,
*15 Squats.

I wanted to see how much I’ve improved on Sunday, since I can’t do the open 15.1 workout because of my back. It’s been a while…
Rx’d with 18+22. New PR!
Ahhhhh yeah! Good choice in workouts for your current situation. And a PR to boot!
15.1: 174 Reps
15.1A: 325 C&J.
Failed on the jerk at 345. not being patient enough when i drop under the bar. im “landing” too soon with my feet too close together. planning on re-doing it on monday morning….
PUNCH under the bar! Try some Jerk Balance for skill work before you hit them next time.
15.1: 130 RX. I should have gone harder…
15.1a: 230# C&J.
You have until Monday… 😉
15.1: 98 / 185lbs rx
PR clean and my snatch today
Row: 1 min of work / 1 min of rest x 6 rounds for 1644m
Congrats on the PRs Anthony!
Awesome news, Anthony! A double PR day can never be a bad day.
15.1: 115 reps Rx
15.1a: 215# – 10lb PR!
WHOA! That’s awesome Greg! Congrats on the PR!
Whoot whoot!
ouch forearms.
scaled to:
10 TTB
10 Deadlifts (105#)
5 Snatches (85#)
3 rounds + 5
RM Clean and Jerk: 155#
Great job, Justin!
A. 95 reps. Rx. Finally did T2B whole way through.
B. 185lbs – new PR. old PR was 175 lbs
Great news on the T2B AND the PR on the C&J! Celebration time for sure! BTW, this is due to your hard work and consistency so give yourself a huge pat on the back!
