2 minutes of Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

Rest exactly 3 minutes, and then . . .

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
10 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)
20 Double-Unders

  1. Gym here was only open in the morning which is hours before Invictus gets posted. Don’t hate but they had an Outlaw workout that we did. Actually pretty good workout.
    With a 40 minute running clock…

    Did not make it to the muscle ups today. Still not back to 100% conditioning wise and burpee/OHS crushes me.

    This went pretty well. Went unbroken on DUs first two rounds and they felt good. Started to slow down after about 3 rounds.

  39. hey cj i got a q what if ur interested in the competition programming but cant perform all the movements required such as muscle ups, pistols, and others moves that require alot of skill, what should i do? i currently just started following the performance programming

  43. Hey C.J,

    Sorry this is very very late. I posted here a while back about being in NZ and having to be behind on the workouts you post. We decided to go back to one week behind. So today is Monday here, we will do last weeks programming from the 28th of Jan, that is the start of our week.

    We have been doing that now for some time. Soon we will need to just change our training days to catch up but for some, its not an option.

    just thought I should let you know where we are with it all.
