Michele and POS were amazing today. They each pushed through 5 grueling WODs and finished great! Michele finished 23rd overall, and POS finished 37th overall. Darn fine performances by both of our studs. Check them out in action below.

M and POS were truly incredible on Saturday. M ran shop in the last 2 WODs and POS went toe to toe with Josh Everett in the Wall Ball/Snatch WOD (and wound up on top). It was amazing to see them push through a week worth of WODs in one day… You both rock!
