(slowly descend from top of the box and gently tap your heal to the ground before ascending)

(push-up, row left, row right, power clean, push press)
9 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
12 Burpees

BB Push Press x 6 @ 55 kg
8 step ups to a 20 in box
KB row x 10/arm @ 16 kg
B.
6 Barbell Man-Makers @ 36 kg b/c I don’t have DBs
first round was strict HSPU, but the last two were kipping b/c my shoulders died
