Used 70# dumbbell and 24″ box: 2+3, 2+3, 2+5, 2+6, 2+8 (started 2nd round in 1st and 2nd sets with a re-chalk but took that out in sets 3-5 to get a slightly better score)

2+5 (wasn’t sufficiently warmed up for this one)
2+10
2+12
2+11
2+10

Used 40 lb DB for the snatches and did knees to elbow instead of T2B. I’m struggling with the rhythm for T2B.

What is the difference between the Performance, Fitness, and Competition WODs?

In my opinion, Fitness programming is for the everyday CrossFitter who wants to look good and feel good (the majority of clients in a gym). Performance programming is for the athlete who is looking to become competitive in CrossFit or some other sport or exercise. Competition programming is exclusively for those looking to be competitive CrossFit athletes at the Regionals and Games level.
