* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.

Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.

Mental Restoration

What trips me out (as a beginning Oly lifter) is that his 2nd pull stops at/just above his belly button.
Watch the 3rd slow motion vid of this sequence and keep an eye on the bar in relation to the guys head who is standing on the right.
(I just kept clicking pause/play on the slow mo vid.)
Also, check out the timing of when his toes leave the ground(no more pulling up) and the distance the bar still travels upward(not far) and then the speed at which he is back under the bar with full extension of his arms…..
It appears to me it is just starting to “fall” when he is already in position to catch it.
Amazing weight even though he looks pretty big.
