For time:
Row 1000 Meters
and then, 5 rounds of:
155/105 lb Shoulder to Overhead x 5 reps
Pull-Ups x 15 reps

  2. 14:33 @ 135# + about 1/2 pull ups were jump assisted.

    Did a 1K row finisher, not for time, just to sweat a bit more.

    I was feeling my back today so I scaled more than I had planned on…ripped hand on the first round so did pushups instead. But!….I managed to link 5 butterfly pullups before ripping my other hand after class, couldn’t do more than one when I came in today.

    • Great job! It’s amazing that we tear up our hands, feel like we got hit by a truck somedays, but we keep coming back for more! You kept working on the pull ups after ripping one hand, and Courtland decided to row another 1k…that dedication is awesome. I went and ate breakfast after the workout…does that count?
