I was feeling my back today so I scaled more than I had planned on…ripped hand on the first round so did pushups instead. But!….I managed to link 5 butterfly pullups before ripping my other hand after class, couldn’t do more than one when I came in today.
Great job! It’s amazing that we tear up our hands, feel like we got hit by a truck somedays, but we keep coming back for more! You kept working on the pull ups after ripping one hand, and Courtland decided to row another 1k…that dedication is awesome. I went and ate breakfast after the workout…does that count?

Side Planks x 30-45 seconds each side

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
Row 250 Meters
Burpees x 10 reps

A.
Two sets, not for time, of:
Bar Muscle-Ups x 3-6 reps
V-Ups x 15-20 reps
Tall Box Jumps x 5 reps
(step down to smaller box, reset, then jump again)
B.
Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:
Clean x 1 rep
Start at 50-60% and slowly climb to 95+% over the course of the 15 minutes.
C.
Three rounds for time of:
365/245 lb. Deadlift x 7 reps
Muscle-Up x 7 reps
(SCALE loads as needed.)
Rest exactly 5 minutes, and then . . .
D.
Three rounds for time of:
21 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
21 Toes to Bar
15:08 as rx’d. this was heavy/tough, but fun.
Solid!
14:33 @ 135# + about 1/2 pull ups were jump assisted.
Did a 1K row finisher, not for time, just to sweat a bit more.
