A.
Four sets of:
Turkish Get-Ups x 2 reps
Rest 60 seconds
Kettlebell Swings x 25 reps
Rest 60 seconds

B.
Three rounds for time of:
Deadlift x 10 reps (275/185 lbs)
Hand-release Push-Ups x 20 reps
Double-Unders x 30 reps

    BSS were hard. Screamed the last rep up.
    Had no time really for B.

  3. A. TGUs: 35 lb kettlebell – 2 reps per arm x 4 sets
    KB: 53 lb kettlebell – 25 reps x 4 sets (just couldn’t bring myself to try the 70 lb kb this morning)

    The deadlifts were incredibly heavy in sets 2 and 3. The first round was unbroken, the second round was 5-3-2, and the third round was 3-3-2-2. The double unders felt great, and the push ups were blah as usual. This is a fun workout, and I definitely prefer the push up version. It deserves a name.

    Dreading the met con when I saw it. My lack of motivation was reflected in the time.

    *this really sucked. Way harder than I thought.

  9. A) 50# KB – all sets unbroken 

    B) 6:05 RX’d (5:38 when we did this with ring dips). 
     Made it two rounds unbroken deads and 5/5 on round three. Push ups slowed to sets of five and three in rounds two/three. Only tripped the rope once during all three rounds! Pretty stoked about that. Loved this WOD.
