* Get outside and do something restorative.
* Relax and reinvigorate.

  1. I don’t have much choice but to “relax and restore” after the Athlete’s Invictus Challenge workout – after Friday night, I was good. After Saturday’s workout…. OMG! Any Rx for really sore quads??
