Did front squats, sets of 3 with 255
1:44.7 row

Noah! We’ve missed you!
A. 195 for all 10 sets.
B. Run instead of row 2:30, 15:00 with 45lb squat clean thrusters. The last 8 I felt like I was at muscle failure in the row position and had to take super long breaks. Shoulders were really burning, once again I am super impressed with the times posted below… Way to go all!!!!
Great job, Todd!
A. 155, 165, 175, 185, 195, 205, 210, 215, 220, 225
These felt great, up 20# from two weeks ago
B. 1:39 row, 13:56 -65# for first 10, then 60# for 10, and 55# for last 10
this was brutal on the shoulders!
Awesome job, Nick!
Back squat/Bench/rows 5×5
Odette went up on Bench, her one max rep was 70lbs, she did 5/4/3/3/3 today
B. 2:25 / 14:09 with 10 lbs
Joan
B 1:44 / 7:07 with 40# dumbells, note to self do 45lbs next time ( it was just another workout trying to keep round dumbells from rolling)
LOL Round DB would have added a whole new level of complexity!!! Nice work.
Great job, guys!
A- Wendler deadlift
B- 120-160# 2 sets at each weight, increasing by 10#. Missed both 160# hang cleans, but completed each round 5# heavier than 4/6/15.
C- 1:57/12:36 w/ 30# Dumbbells. That was the worst experience of my life.
Part C was a bit brutal wasn’t it!!!
Awesome job!
Maybe this is a silly question, but most folks are re-starting their clocks after the 4 minute mark, correct? Or is the second time supposed to include that 4 minutes within it?
Separate times. 🙂
Thanks, that is what I figured “separate times” meant, but the “at 4 minutes” part had me thinking that perhaps it was supposed to be a running clock. And times reported thus far are widely ranging, which definitely reflects different weight choices for the dumbbells, but I also thought it was possible that others were confused like me.
A. 3-pos CLN: 135-145-155-165-175-185-195(old PR)-205-210-215
B. 1:32.4 row / 8:15 with 35# DB.
Don’t feel any more manly after those manmakers, I suck at ’em.
Super fast row! And a triple-PR!
Nice work on cleans! Killed the rower
PR Stars!!! whoot whoot! Nice work beast mode!
You are onto something here. I am surely not any more manly after 30 of those suckers. Quite the opposite!
A. 135-155-175-185-195-205-215(PR)-205-205-205
B. 1:32.7/10:06 with 50# DBs. I hope I did these right. I did a push-up, row left, row right, both feet up, squat clean thruster.
You did extra! We don’t make you squat. 🙂
Are you kidding me!!! I could have cut my time by like 3 seconds! LOL
PR Stars!!!
Nice work on B!!! That is moving. I always forget and get confused on manmakers. So I do push up, right row, push up, left row, squat clean thruster. Not sure if mine is right or wrong but if I do that I feel I am hitting the intent of that MM…
So I just looked at this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iMNnvhg1JcM
You did it right: It is push up, right/left row, squat clean thruster.
I did an extra push up each round. But that is good, I need help on push ups!
That’s the same video I saw! That’s why I did them that way. Oh well…I guess I’m just a little fitter because of it.
A. Worked up to 120#; did power for last four sets (105# up). For the full clean, I’m having a lot of lateral movement in my hips once I get heavy, so I opted to play it safe.
B. 2:08/8:02 with 25# dumbbells in each hand
Uh yeah, play it save for sure! Your joints are extra loose right now.
Nice work on B Kate!!! That is a great time.
A. 115/115/135/135/135/155/155/155/155/165. Did 5×5 pull ups with green band. 5×10 of sit ups
B. 1:56/5:45. 15# dumbell
Great job, Brian! I’d say go a little heavier next time!
Nice extra work! I thought about doing some pull ups too, but that is as far as that went.
A. Fine tuning my front rack, stayed light… Worked up to 195# for the RX complex then 205# for 1 power clean + 3 front squats. (10 sets total)
B. 1:38.1/12:16 (W/barbell @95#… 1 evil wheel + 2 pendlay row + 1 muscle snatch)
What’s the issue with the front rack?
A 60kg (132lb )to 90kg ( 198lb ) – happy boy
B 1:30.1 row And 11:46 20kg/45lb db’s
PR?! Nice!
No can , I can power clean 110kg but not from high hang so stayed within my high hang limits to work on my technique. And the row when I’m fresh can do low 1:20s happy with 1:30 after the cleans and a heavy day at work
Also just realised I did my man makers wrong . Push up left , push up right , push up squat cleant thruster . No wonder it tool me a long time
A. Worked up to 65 KG
B. 1:43/14:24 16kg Dbs
Nice work, Erik.
A. Worked up to 195# for the complex. 10# heavier than 4/6
B. 1:34.5 500m – 5 second PR!!!! Got crushed though. For 5’8″ 165# it’s always been hard for me to sustain power on the erg
C. 14:35 @ 35# … pathetically slow, got crushed from the row
PRs! Woo hoo!
Double PR Stars!!! That is a great 500m row!
