A. 40 pound dumbells, 20 steps
B. 135 x 5, 155 x 5, 185 x 5, 185 x 5, 185 x 5; no spotter and have to be careful on Bench Press. May have been able to get more but I was getting close.
C. 30 lbs, 10 reps (lighter but focused on form, should have gone heavier and adjusted if needed); 60, 40 / 20, 40 / 20

Fun workout, good change of pace and challenging. Feeling it right now in legs and chest.

A. 55# DB. About 60 sec work 60 sec rest. 22 lunges
