Full Effort From All Competing This Weekend!

It’s the final weekend of what has been an incredible season for all of our athletes. Team Invictus and several individual honorary Invictus athletes are moving on to Games, but that is not the metric on which we measure our individual successes. We measure success, as always, on our effort in preparation and competition. In the words of one of the greatest coaches of all time, “Success comes from knowing that you did your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming.” – John Wooden

For all those competing this weekend, I ask only for full effort. Compete to the best of your ability and leave the weekend with no regrets.

If you’re a member of the Sea of Green, please keep your eye on and lend your support to Cheryl Brost and Noah Pester (who will be competing in the Northwest) and Brennen Colwell (who will be competing in the Northeast).

Additionally, several active members of our online community will be competing this weekend. Good luck to the following individuals who have stuck with the Competition blog for many weeks of preparing for the same 6 events – I know we’re all ready to mix it up a little bit:
