I Want To Hear From You!
Written by C.J. Martin
A week ago all of our members should have received an email requesting their participation in a short survey asking about their experience at Invictus, and most importantly, how we could improve that experience.
At Invictus, our mission is to deliver excellence in fitness coaching in an environment that promotes and sustains healthy lifestyle choices, and results in a community of happier and healthier individuals. To ensure that we are living up to our mission and providing you the very best in fitness and lifestyle coaching, I would love your feedback to tell us how we’re doing, and help us figure out how we can provide even better service. We take all of the comments we receive to heart, and while we cannot promise to make every suggestion a reality, I can certainly promise that they will be considered.
We have received many surveys already, but it’s important to me to hear as many perspectives as our members are willing to share. If you did not receive an email with a survey, it is highly likely that one of two things happened: (1) it was shifted to your junk mail folder; or (2) we do not have the correct email address for you. We would be more than happy to send you another link to the survey, just let us know via email to [email protected] and we will get it out to you right away.
Of course, it is possible that you have also just been really busy and that email/survey is still sitting in your inbox unopened. Trust me, I completely understand. But I am hoping that this can serve as a gentle nudge to open that email, click the link and share your thoughts with me.
We are here for you, our members, and we genuinely want to know how you feel, what you like, and what you think we could be doing better. So, please take a moment this weekend to share with us how we can make your experience at Invictus as amazing as humanly possible.

I’m 45 years old and have been following your website for about 2 months while finishing a bodyweight program. I check out other crossfit sites, but yours I follow and take notes. I’m quite impressed. Actually I ‘m starting your WOD today.
Welcome to Invictus, Brian. Keep us up to date by posting your workout results and comments.
Welcome as well, Brian. I’m the 43 year old guy in the photo, and thanks to Invictus, I’m in the best shape of my life. (I was working a strict-push up Tabata at the time of the photo, which may explain the possible look of sheer joy on my face
).
Great photo of your sheer joy!! Nice work Pete, you both have worked so hard and deserve to be in the best shape of your life!!
If you manage the San Diego facility as well as you do the website, I can’t imagine people having much to complain about.
My hardest adjustment has been wrapping my mind all these new performance standards I’m reaching: ‘Now I can do 20 pull ups straight in this met-con,’ or ’165 pound ground-to-overheads? That’s going to take . . . Oh, wait; I’ll just grip it and rip it with power cleans. I can do that fast.’
I’m 47, 175 pounds, front squatting 300, deadlifting 400, and moving faster and moving more weight than ever before. I am the Master of my Fate and Captain of my Soul, but I follow Invictus.
Awesome job Tom! Those are some impressive numbers. Keep up the great work!
Here’s something to improve on: expanding east towards Oklahoma!
Love & miss you folks!
Or you could just move back here…
