Oh Ca-mee, happy happy birthday. Thanks for being part of the Invictus family and sharing your enthusiasm and infectious smile. As a coach, you have helped me improve too many things to count and as a person you make my life a little brighter by being a part of it.
However, we are still waiting for a live demo of your famous slow motion muscle up. Could you work on that please?
Happy Birthday! You are my hero! I am 45 years old, competed college gymnastics for the University of Alaska, quit smoking 365 days ago, and have been crossfitting in Alaska for 6 months. Thank you for all of your inspiration!

I started competing Crossfit in 2009, Cami came to watch us because she thought she was not strong enough to compete, I remember speaking to her about this. She did compete in 2010 and made an exciting first appearance at the Games. It has been such a pleasure to watch how much Cam has evolved both as an athlete and person, she has surrounded herself with amazing people and this is a direct reflection of her attitude and outlook. Thanks Cami for inspiring me and for being a great friend. Xx oh and if you get a chance, ask her about her thumb trick
