Workout of the Day:
“Get a Grip”
If you’ve done this one, you’ll remember it.  If you haven’t, just come on down in the morning and your coaches will be more than happy to introduce you for the first time.  It’s a fun workout done in teams of two.  It’s challenging, but easily modified to make it fun for everyone.

    Thanks so much for enabling me to do what I love doing (CrossFit) while on vacation in San Diego this week. Y’all are awesome and I can’t wait to come and visit again soon (or to have you head north to visit us!). My kids have talked non-stop about Tabitha and your CrossFit Kids program. You made a big impression on them and I’m grateful (seriously, Tabitha is up there with LegoLand, Shamu, and the hotel pool!). We loved it and I loved that we could do it as a family.

    Sorry guys, I have to have a few WODs that I save only for my locals. “Get A Grip” and a few other special ones (”Pick Your Poison,” “Rabbit’s Delight,” etc…) are workouts I came up with a couple of years ago for large groups. They’re just fun team workouts that happen to also be ass kickers. Drop me a line before you come out and visit San Diego and I will see if our programming cycle will permit one of these gems so you can enjoy them while in town.
