		<description>31 rds for metcon - had to alternate modified and regular0 pushups after the 1st  3-min round.

Ring rows x 10; L-sits  1st  - 20 seconds + 2 5-second holds; 2nd - 10 seconds + 4 x 5 second holds; 3d - 6 x 5-second hold intervals. 

Finished with some extra deadlifts x 5 @ 135, 185, 225, 275, 315...and I still have energy.

Tomorrow is Ginseng Yoga with Laura Sparaco--maybe the best yoga teacher I have met in San Diego,  and then noon CFI if I still have that energy.</description>
