Visited Cynergy Crossfit this morning to get in a killer WOD with Lindsey (Boozebag&#039;s sister) and her crew up in Hanson, MA.  Excellent bunch of people!  

WOD was: 3x400m sprints, rest as needed and then:
Tabata Mash-Up
20 seconds on:10 seconds rest
KB Swings, 2 Pood
push-ups

knocked out 165 reps
