3 rounds of 1 minute of work of the following:
Jumping squats #45 bar
Push press (#75 men, #55 women)
Hang power cleans (#95 men, #65 women)
Burpees
Knees to elbows
Rest 1 minute after each round

Score = total number of reps

  6. Switched up today’s WOD a little. Instead of doing it as Rx’d I did it as a task oriented wod. Did each exercise or 20 reps per round for time still with a one minute rest between rounds. Definitely kept the intensity up and I didn’t have to try and remember my reps past the 20. Time per round: 4:22, 4:56, 5:05 Total time 14:23.
