		<description>Mark,  I like the idea of increasing my muscular strength and endurance.  I&#039;m not so interested in gaining more muscular mass.  Should I avoid this supplement if I don&#039;t want to get bigger? 

Great class today Moses!  Had a fantastic time with our small but very cool group.</description>

I am leaving today to head back home for about a week and the main worry on my mind is how am I going to Crossfit? I checked out all the affiliate sites in the area and they look rather shady (re: Globo gym w/ a crossfit trainer). Apparently Crossfit hasn&#039;t quite taken off in the Detroit area (stupid economy!). 

So, on Calvin&#039;s advice I googled Crossfit Travel WOD&#039;s and after scouring through some sites I found a really good site with a few WOD&#039;s that are all bodyweight and could be done in your hotel room, or even the aisle of the plane for that matter.

So for those of us that travel, I recommend bookmarking this page.
