		<description>I love ghosting on the invictus site...Nice article M.  There&#039;s just something about these power movements like the oly lifts and sprinting.  The carryover to other movements during the commitment to perfecting the oly lifts is tremendous, just like M said.</description>

Since joining CFI in late february i have seen phenominal improvements in all my lifts, especially my olympic lifts. before CFI I never did any sort of olympic lifting, and as a result i never saw any results in the gym. My usual 3X10 workout of bench press and bicept curls never seemed to deliver...gradually as i began to mix in overhead squats, front squats and cleans (thanks to Mr. Martin) i have seen my overall strength increase and intern all other aspects of my life have improved. basically what i am trying to say is that i love CFI, and i love supplementing my workout with the olympic lifts and you should too!!!</description>
