John,
I am afraid we will not be taping the seminar. I will talk to our guest speaker though about getting his presentation to you somehow. Otherwise, contact me offline and I can put you in touch with a few good guys to talk to about getting through BUD/S.

POS, you should've subbed heavy bicep curls for the bear crawls.

Looks like Parker has a mean hook grip going there!

Had to modify the workout because I don't have anywhere near enough room to crawl for 40 yards without bumping into half a dozen bicept curl machines or other useless equipment so I subbed.

5 x 155# Hang Clean, 10 x Ring Dips, 20 x Double Unders 9 + 2 Rounds.

I think this is an awesome topic!! I personally feel lately that I have a mental block. It is interesting because I know what I am physically capable of and when I don't reach my potential those barriers grow hence creating this vicious cycle! It is absolutely amazing how your mentality can take you SO much further athletically!

Mind over matter!

I am realizing how important it is to take ownership for when you are not at your potential (eating, sleeping, stress) and to celebrate your success in WODs otherwise overcoming these mental barriers become 10x more difficult.

Your an animal Tony. FGB is my least favorite WOD. The one minute of supposide "rest" feels like 10 seconds and is barely enough time to catch my breathe. It is a great workout but I am not looking forward to doing it again any time soon.

yesterday was my first FGB. i can see where some people would have apprehension before this workout and how it could be a soul crusher. i happen to have enjoyed it immensely, and wonder... can we do it again soon? ppllleeeaassee?

I like to check out what other crossfit's are doing and i happened to come across your website today, and was wondering if you would be filming, and/or posting the BUD/s instructor when he speaks on the 23rd. I am preparing for BUD/s class in February and would love to have some insight into how a real SEAL deals with the anxiety. I know only a little about dealing with the pre-workout anxiety and do fairly well at it, but knowing some of the secrets of someone like a SEAL instructor would be priceless for my preparation for the BUD/s course.
