Workout of the Day:
Teams of two must complete the following as quickly as possible, in any order and partitioning they see fit:
2 Mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Squats
(Both members may work at the same time.)

    Why is Mark’s squat crooked? What people don’t know is that Mark wasn’t actually on vacation in Italy. The museum had to send out the statue of David to get cleaned and they flew in Mark to be a stand in.

    POS- Congrats again my friend. Can’t wait to see you in Aroma!

    I’m in Camarillo now and am heading to Sac in a few hours to stay with some friends until I report Monday morning. I just want to thank the entire CFI family for all of the support and encouragement over the past couple of weeks. We were super blessed by the party last weekend, the WOD that CJ put together and all of the kind words that you all have expressed to us.

    You know, at the end of the day, I always have cared much less about a PR or Fran time and much more about seeing my coaches and fellow CrossFiters everyday. It was CJ, Dani. M and Snax who remembered my name when I was htting up Saturday WODs at CFSD a couple of years ago. I kept coming back for my beat-downs because I felt that there were some quality people within the CF community who were committed to helping people.

    I can’t think of a gym that has better coaches or is more dialed into it’s clints than CFI. I am going to give it my all in the academy and do you guys proud.

    We are certainly going to miss the Bee Charmer clan! 9:30 class won’t be the same without you, Jill. You are so freakin’ amazing! Karis and Simon will also be greatly missed. Waaah. Enjoy Camarillo, but please come baaaack! (to visit at least :)
