Private Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program to enable you to achieve your health and fitness goals as quickly as possible.

Invictus has been a proud affiliate and member of the CrossFit community since January 2009. We’ve successfully used CrossFit’s methodology of constantly varied functional movements as a pillar of our programs to help our members lose weight, gain strength and even compete at the CrossFit Games.

Invictus Olympic Weightlifting Club
Whether you want to compete in the sport of Olympic weightlifting or just improve your speed, strength and explosive power, the Invictus Weightlifting Club is a great fit. Our focus on the fundamentals of weightlifting is great for beginners, and has also produced multiple national champions.
Invictus Strength Development Program
Do you want to move more weight or gain lean body mass? Our Strength Development program focuses on teaching technical excellence in the foundational lifts – squats, deadlifts and pressing – to help members develop superior strength and power.
Invictus Weight Management Program
If you have more than 40 lbs of weight to lose, it can be hard to know where to start. Our coaches provide you with nutrition and fitness guidance in a group setting that supplies the encouragement and accountability needed to ensure that you lose the weight safely and have fun doing it.
